Availability Of Order
All items are available for dispatched as soon as the order is made before12noonMonday to Friday. However, in case your order is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible if there is going to be any delay.

Order payments

The price stated are inclusive of VAT the only additional payments is the postage.
Payments in full must be made prior to dispatch of any order.

Order Delivery

Once your order is accepted we aim that you receive it within 3-7working days
Your order will be on back order if by any reason we are out of stock, hence the delivery time will be about 4days, we will keep you informed. Also, during our busy period, dispatch may be delayed by extra days, but we always prevent this from happening
We charge £4.99 for postage on all UK mainland orders, by Royal Mail special delivery and it has to be signed for.

Order Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds on wigs for hyiegen reasons.
However,in the unlikely reason of dissatisfaction you must contact us immediately.
